Vindex installs as a Forge app from the Atlassian Marketplace. Once it’s on your site, every story gets scored automatically on create and update — nothing else to run, no CSV to maintain.

  • Jira admin required

    Forge apps can only be installed by a Jira admin on your Jira Cloud site. Not an admin? Send this page to yours — there's a button for that below.

  • About two minutes

    Install from the Marketplace, open any issue, and the Vindex panel appears. The app registers your site automatically on first use.

  • Nothing in your Jira changes

    Vindex never writes to fields and never adds comments. Scores live in Forge storage and appear in the Issue Panel only.

What the install looks like.

  1. Open the Marketplace listing

    Signed in as a Jira admin on the site where you want Vindex.

  2. Click “Get it now” and confirm

    Atlassian shows the app's permissions before anything is installed.

  3. Open any issue

    The Vindex panel appears with the first score. Follow the setup guide to connect your Vindex account.
