By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

- All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are in breach of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data) are owned by Auxiliary Digital or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By submitting Your Data you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit it solely as necessary to provide the Service. We will not access Your Data except as required to operate and support the Service or as compelled by law.

7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim or (b) one hundred Australian dollars (AUD 100).

Either party may terminate the agreement formed by these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, without liability to you. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
