- Do I pay twice for one account?
- No. One account and one sign-in cover both products. Each product has its own price, and you pay only for the one you use.
- Is there separate pricing for consultancies?
- Yes. Vindex for Consultancies sells credits per story scored, for firms that assess client backlogs and deliver white-labeled reports. It has its own pricing page in its own section.

- You pay per story, once. Every plan includes a monthly quota of new stories, and once a story is counted, re-scoring it is free forever.
- What do the plans include?
- Starter includes up to 200 new stories per month, Standard up to 500, and Pro up to 1,000. Every plan includes unlimited free re-scoring and full-service setup.
- Can I try Integrated Vindex before I pay?
- Yes. A tool install in Jira, Azure DevOps, or Asana scores 5 stories with no signup, and a new Vindex account includes 100 free stories. Both are one-time.
- Are there larger plans?
- Yes. Schedule a call to talk through a larger plan.
Agent Reflection
- What is a critique credit?
- A critique credit pays for one critique: one output checked against one rule, or against a whole rule set. A credit costs $0.03.
- Do I need a paid plan for Agent Reflection?
- No. Agent Reflection runs on credits. Your Integrated Vindex plan, if you have one, is separate and does not change what you pay here.
- What is free in Agent Reflection?
- A new account includes 100 free critique credits, once. Building rules, keeping your catalog, and reading your rules through the Vindex MCP server cost nothing.
- Does a rule set cost more than a single rule?
- No. One call checks the output against every rule in the set, for the price of one call.
- What if Vindex fails to return a result?
- You are not charged. A critique is only paid for when a result comes back.
- What does Track add?
- The stats: pass rates by rule, by agent, and by rule version, drift alerts, and exports. Sampling lets you send a share of your agents' outputs for critique and record the results.
